Special ordering is quick and flexible. We can rush-order parts before 10am in the morning and have the stock at 2:30pm the same day, or order before 4:00pm and receive the parts at 8:00am the next morning.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sangster's Automotive Supplies will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost of repairs, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whether or not based upon warranty, express or implied, contract, negligence, or strict liability arising in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, use or repair of the products or of the engineering designs supplied to Buyer.

RETURN POLICY
Stock Returns - The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling associated with stock returns. All authorized product returns will incur a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges. Product returns on discontinued (inactive) items will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Special Orders - There is a 15% restocking charge on all special orders. Parts and packaging must be in resalable condition.

CLAIMS INITIATED BEYOND 7 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Sangster's Automotive Supplies will accept new product returns resulting from errors in handling and order entry only when reported within 7 days and accompanied by the customer receipt. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated in writing by Sangster's Automotive Supplies.
